#2 Project idea for Corona | Touch-free Switch for home appliances without programming

How to make it?

To build this project you'll need the below parts:

1. IR sensor x1
2. 4017 counter IC x1
3. 5v USB adapter x 1
4. 5v relay x1
5. BC 547 NPN transistor x1

Build the circuit as shown below and pack the circuit in a box according to your own creativity.

Latching  Circuit Diagram with 4017 and relay

 Note: Use the 5v adapter to power both IR sensor & the latching Circuit 

Connect the IR sensor output pin on 4017 pins no.14 to provide Pulse to latch the Realy.

There you go no programing or Arduino is required to build this low-cost touch-free switch,
